All prices are inclusive of VAT. The price that applies is the one stated on the day the customer places the order. Any shipping costs will be presented before you confirm the purchase.
1.CARDS, PAYPAL, GOGGLE PAY AND APPLE PAY.
If you pay by credit card, no extra charges will be added, irrespective of the size of your order. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
Your payment will be processed by Nets, which guarantees fast and secure payment. (When you make payment the sum is reserved on your account; the actual transaction will not be completed until your order is shipped). Farol Lda. never saves any information about your card. Only Nets has access to significant card information. Minors (i.e. people under the age of 18) are not allowed to make purchases.
All Goods remain the property of Farol Lda. until paid for in full. If for any reason the payment provider fails to charge the buyer’s account, Farol Lda. has the right to request payment from the buyer by another method, either before or after delivery. Unpaid invoices will be referred to a debt collection agency.
Free shipping on all orders above shipping limit. Shipping costs for Express service vary. See the shipping costs at checkout.
We handle all orders from Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00 CET. The items are shipped immediately from our warehouse in Estoril, Portugal. Orders that arrive between Friday and Sunday or on public holidays will be processed on the following Monday, or on the next working day.
The same day your order is shipped, you will receive delivery confirmation by email, containing a link to the carrier’s website where you can track the delivery.
APPROVAL OF GOODS DELIVERY
As a customer, you are requested to inspect the parcel/packaging carefully before signing for the shipment. If, for any reason, you suspect that the parcel has been damaged, or that the contents may have been damaged by any kind of external influence, please make a note of this in connection with accepting the parcel. If you consider that the items may have been damaged, you may also decline to take delivery for this reason. In such cases, make sure to contact us at email@example.com without delay.
RIGHT TO EXCHANGE/PURCHASE ON APPROVAL
We apply the “purchase on approval” principle for 14 days.
Returned items must be unused and in new condition; this also applies to the packaging. If you have any questions about your items or your purchase, contact us by email and we will do our best to help you.
In the event of returns:
- Email the reason for the return, the order number and your contact details to us at: (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- We will then send you a return label.
- Send your returns to: Farol Lda., Rua. Trouville, 13-3, 2765-453 Monte Estoril, Estoril, Portugal.
- The return costs for the different countries is: 15€
- Returned items must be unused and in new condition; this also applies to the packaging.
