RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Receiving the order and you are not satisfied with the product/products, you are able to RETURN during the first 30 days after receival.
Return conditions:
To make an exchange or return, all items must be in perfect condition with original tags, no signs of use and in the original packaging.
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice in order for us to identify your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may return the parcel through any agency, but always with postage paid.
You can send your order by registered mail or with acknowledgment of receipt (for your safety – optional) to our warehouse:

In the case of returns by post office, FAROL GOLF does not accept shipments with payment to the recipient or cash on delivery and will not refund shipping costs.
Returns using our service:
To request a return via our pickup service, please contact us via email – info@farolgolf.com indicating the order number and what you wish to return.
This service has an additional cost of €5, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
After receiving your order and checking the products to evaluate their condition, we will refund the value of the item/s (minus 5€) within up to 5 working days.
The refund will be returned using the same payment method you used to place your order.
You will receive confirmation of the return by email as soon as it is made.
